Boxes, Presents, and Tape

I don't have a lot of Christmas pictures, I think I totally forgot my camera at one point :P I know, I'm hopeless. But I did get a few pics....

How many cute little girls can you fit in collapsible cube? TWO!!

Visitors be warned, this is what we do if you get out of hand or just too loud! Not really, the kids actually came up with this idea and they and their friends had lots of fun. Me and my friend tried putting some on, to see if it would pull out those annoying lip hairs, and discovered, no, it doesn't, but it sure hurts to pull it off :D

Only Beka looks like she's ready to open presents! The other two were still a little sleepy...

Who tied this package up anyway?? You pull that way, and I'll pull that way...

What's in here?

The kid's great-grandma in Arizona gave us some money for each of the kids, and we got them each a new scooter, they loved the one they had, but it was used when we got it, and it was just falling apart, so now they each have one, and they were thrilled with them!

Beka can jump with hers and get both wheels off the ground, she's a little more coordinated than I was, she can even hula-hoop. Hey, so can I finally!
I didn't actually have a picture of Greg with his scooter, I'm sure I'll get more this summer. So, that's all folks! I'll be posting again soon I'm sure!

Slippers, Babies, and Bogeys

Here we are, we have had a fun and busy holiday season, which is why there have been no posts for a while. Travis finished his last final on the 17th of December, and did very well I might add. One more semester down, only 3 to go!!! Anyway, once he's off school, we don't aspire to get a whole lot done, just enjoy Daddy being around more. Blogging definitely takes a back seat!!!

My mom sent all the kids these fun animal slippers, the kids love them. Even Kay Leigh got a pair but she wasn't thrilled about putting them on, so she's not in the picture! Beka got horses, of course, Greg got T-rex, and Carolyn got monkeys, she's kind of monkey lover. Don't think she'll ever have a real one though :D

Greg picking up baby sister, she looks really comfortable doesn't she? Beka carries her around much better, and Kay has learned to just hold still and hang in there till the trip's over :D
She's over 20 pounds now, so she's no easy package to carry around!

So Kay Leigh LOVES Bogey and anytime she can goes over and hugs him, as you'll kind of see in the next picture. But here he's chewing on the camera case ( he got in trouble after the picture was taken) and she's just laying around with him. He's so good with her too, he really watches out for her and is very careful not to hurt her, usually. Now if you throw his ball and she happens to be in the way....she's gotten run over a few times. But he lets her maul him and play with his ears and grab his loose skin and just gives her a little kiss now and then. We're mostly happy with him, except for the occasional mischief he gets into :D
I know this one is all blurry, but it just looked so funny, the DOOOOGGG ATTAAACCK! They were actually just playing, and my camera doesn't handle the constant movment well. I'll bet there's a way around that, but I haven't been motivated enough to look it up in the manual :P

Beka doing her favorite thing EVER, coloring a horse picture. Those are her crayons, by the way, and no one is allowed to touch them :D Greg wants a set now, he's starting to color a whole lot more.
And lastly, a size comparison. I've been surprised at some of the pictures I've taken of Bogey, it seems really hard to show size in a picture, unless there is something very familiar close by to compare to. So here's a tennis ball, and Bogey being still, which is a rare moment indeed. I'll be posting more pictures, as soon as I find them. Bye for now!
